I'd say ages 15-16 and up... definitely no high chairs.

Yes. There are no stairs obstruction and the door seems wide enough as well as the side windows open fully as well.

I paid $23 for a SINGLE fried chicken drumstick during Winterlicious. I was shocked at the portion sizes and honestly felt ripped off. I know normally Winterlicious restaurants have prix fixe menu that are smaller in portions but damn this was ridiculous.

Quality of the food did not meet price point. However what was served was delicious. Appeared that the owner was waiting tables as well so the service was a little slow.

~ the ambiance and service is wonderful. The steak and fries was delicious.
